For common cold, strong immune system, sore throat. cough and upset tummy.
Recipe It’s easy:
• Peel 3-6 pieces of fresh ginger root, each the size of your thumb, organic if possible.
• Trim off the tough knots and dry ends.
• Carefully peel ginger.
• Grate or dice it up small. Put it in 4 quarts of water.
• Bring to Boil
• Once boiling bring then to the lowest flame and simmer 30 -40min serve hot, then add 1 teaspoon honey and fresh 1/4 slice of lemon to your cup. The lemon and honey have to be fresh into your cup each time you drink this delicious tea. Store ginger tea in the pot you cooked it in or large glass or ceramic bowel no plastic containers .
• Keeps 1 week in fridge. Just re heat do not use microwave it will denature your ginger and not help you heal. Be Old fashioned! warm in small pot, so sorry..lol
Shopping list for tea
• a bag of organic lemons if u can.
• organic raw honey - raw has medicinal properties.
• 1 large root of ginger the size of your hand.
• Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
There are different ways to do this depending on what type of acne you have.
RECIPE
Ingredients: ONLY ORGANIC RAW ACV, some brands I have used are, Bragg's or Mothers.
4oz. RAW & ORGANIC ACV
12oz. organic rooibos tea
3 glass jars 16oz. & 3 large labels
1 drop each Organic Essential Oil of Tea Tree and Oregano Oil
PLEASE NOTE: 1 drop not 2 or 3 for either organic essential oil recipe! Oils are very strong and if you over do it you can end up with a rash.
INSTRUCTIONS: Prepare the rooibos tea by using 5 bags (when it boils then with lowest flame for 10 min and remove bags), cool completely as you need the raw cider to stay uncooked (I put in the freezer for 30 min that does the trick), then add to vinegar.
Use 3 GLASS JARS 16 ounces at least. Write on your each label
jar 1, 2 and 3.
Divide the brew above you just made of ACV and rooibos tea into the 3 jars as evenly as you can. Jar #1 add 8oz of additional water and mark it on label, Jar #2 add 1 drop organic essential oregano oil, plus 8 oz water. Mark your label with contents. Jar #3 add 1 drop organic essential tea tree oil plus 8 oz water. Mark your label with contents. The organic essential oils you may find at your local health market, Whole Foods or Amazon is where I have picked mine up.
Apply - Jar #1 try for 7 days, if small results next week try jar #2 for 7 days and so on for jar #3 .
Note which works best for you. We are all different. It will last 90 days in fridge. Shake and apply with a cotton pad. Use until you clear up. Consider food, type of makeup, and you're cleaning products has a big part to do with hormones. Reach out to me if I can help you. I have student rates.

BEST DETECTION IS EARLY
It is never too early to start monthly breast self-exams. Below are different ways to perform this exam. Experts recommend that women begin monthly self-examinations at age 20. The best time to do this is a couple of days after your period when your breasts are least likely to be swollen or tender.
In The Shower
Place one hand behind your head. Choose one of the three patterns below. With finger pads (not fingertips) of the three middle fingers of your left hand, apply three levels of pressure (light, then medium, then firm) in overlapping, dime-sized, circular motions to feel the entire breast tissue, including your underarm. Check for lumps or thickenings. Repeat exam on the left breast, using finger pads of the right hand.
Standing or Sitting
Examine each underarm with your arm only slightly raised.
Before a Mirror
With your hands firmly pressing down on hips, check for changes in the shape, size, or skin texture of your breasts. Check nipples for any unusual discharge.
Lying Down
To examine your right breast, place your right hand behind your head. Follow the same technique as in the shower. Check for lumps, knots or thickenings. Then put your left arm behind your head, and repeat the steps with your right hand on your left breast.
